Swampass Safety was started by industrial trades people who spent years watching good safety information die on carbon-copy forms. In the plants and mines we work in — chemical, steel, paper, aluminum, cement, aggregate — the difference between a near-miss and a fatality is often whether somebody documented the hazard the first time it showed up.
So we're building the tool we always wanted on site: fast enough to use during a turnaround, structured enough to satisfy an OSHA or MSHA auditor, and cheap enough that a two-person contractor can run it. No big safety department required.
Five forms are live today — incident reports, MSHA accident reports, pre-job JSAs, training records, and workplace exams — with voice input, photos, and PDF output. If you run crews in refractory, millwright, mechanical, or industrial work, we'd love your feedback.
