Things People Ask Us

What is this, exactly?

A simple website that fills out safety paperwork for small industrial contractors — incident reports, MSHA accident reports, pre-job JSAs, daily workplace exams, and training records. You fill out the form (or talk it in), attach photos, review it, and it turns into a clean PDF on your device.

Do the forms hold up with OSHA and MSHA?

The layouts follow the official forms — OSHA Form 301, MSHA Forms 7000-1 and 5000-23, and the workplace exam rule in 30 CFR 56.18002 — so the information an inspector expects is where they expect it. Official MSHA filings still get submitted to MSHA; our forms get your documentation ready. Always double-check against your company's and site's own requirements.

How does the voice input work?

Tap the mic button next to any text field and start talking — it types what you say. Works best in Chrome on Android and desktop. On iPhones, if the button gives you trouble, just tap the field and use the mic key on the phone's keyboard — same result.

Where do my reports go?

Nowhere. Everything runs in your browser. Drafts save on your own device and the finished PDF downloads straight to it. We don't have a server storing your incident reports.

What about photos?

Every form has photo sections where they make sense — the scene, the equipment, sign-in sheets, conditions found. Photos get sized down automatically and embedded right in the PDF with your captions.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now — we're small and we're testing. When it does cost something, it'll be priced for a two-truck contractor, not a corporation.

Who's behind this?

Trades people from the refractory, millwright, and mechanical world who got tired of carbon-copy forms. Read the about page or just email us — a human answers.
